True Story
Late in the evening, around the time the Daily Show comes on and none of us can stay awake for it, the phone rings. “Dan, I’m stuck on something,” a client tells our CEO, Dan Price. As the client struggles to describe the problem after a long day’s work, Dan realizes the business is right down the block from his home. He blurts out, “Sorry to interrupt, but are you still open?”
She’s still open, so Dan says, “Hold on. I’ll be with you in a minute.”
One minute passes, and Dan enters the client’s establishment a little winded and sees his client holding the phone. She looks up, sees Dan and they both laugh. Then they solved the problem.
