Will I have to purchase new equipment?
Nope. We work closely with terminal and POS manufacturers and have access to software to support the system you already own! However, if you are in need of new equipment we can assist you. We carry many popular terminal models like Hypercom, Nurit, and Way Systems.
I’m processing with my bank. Will Switching to Gravity infringe on my banking relationship?
No, switching to Gravity will not infringe or negatively impact your banking relationship. Banking institutions are concerned with the deposits you make to your accounts and, as a matter of fact, most banks subcontract merchant accounts to processing companies like Gravity Payments.

Will switching to Gravity Payments be a hassle?
Once your merchant account is set up the only remaining step is to reprogram your existing hardware. In most cases the process takes about 30 minutes and can be done on site or over the phone before or after business hours. We will work with you to determine the best time of day to reprogram so that your transition is completely seamless.
I am a member of a trade organization that has negotiated a deal with a processor. How can Gravity Payments save me money?
Trade associations offer many benefits to its members and often include very competitive processing programs. However, historically we have been able to save an average of 8-15% over trade association programs. It’s never a bad idea to compare.
I have a contract with a fee for early cancellation. Will I be able to switch?
In most cases we are able to present enough savings to justify paying any applicable cancellation fee. So yes, if we prove ourselves to be a good fit for your business a cancellation fee will not prevent you from making a switch.
